One of the best IPA brews of all time! Monkish helped me get through the pandemic... their drive up pick up is convenient and easy. Im always excited to pick up a new release. Monkish hasn't ever let me down! Dropping non-stop heat!

As an CA native, Park Chalet has been a favorite brunch and lunch restaurant for a long time. Most recently, both the staff (thank you Gabby!) and management (David) were personally helpful regarding any and all meal requests. The food and every bite of the French Toast, Eggs Benedict, and Clam Chowder and selection of beverages - coffee or specialty brews from their own brewery - are excellent. They were generous to offer samples of various beers to try. We are grateful for the experience and will definitely be going back soon.

Monk Juice!! This brewery is not only my favorite brewery in California, it is my favorite brewery in the nation. I have been an avid fan of Monkish for 2 solid years now but unfortunately have only visited their tap room on three occasions. Each visit, their IPA's are always filled with the Tropical, Melon, & Juice characters that keeps us coming back for more. On my last visit, they even had two American Wild Ale offerings which were very nice for a change. They offer Bottles and Growlers to-go of whatever they have in their inventory. I recommend paying them a visit earlier in the day because they do run out of offerings on-tap. They are also dog friendly, so bring your pooch along as you will be here for a few hours! I am very fortunate that my group of beer friends go to their releases monthly and I am able to enjoy a variety of their highly sought after product. If you find yourself in LA on a Friday or Saturday, check their Twitter account to see if they have a Can Release happening. It will be worth your while!

One of the destination breweries in the area with an emphasis on IPA, and a few other things. If there is a can release it can be quite crowded, but you can often skip the release line and just get pours inside. Beers are good and the staff is great as well. I would love to see a bit more diversity in the beer line up, but there are at least three other breweries within walking distance for that I guess.
