Id just like to start this by saying I received amazing customer service from Jennifer and Marissa. They were so kind, funny, and helpful. They made for a great shopping experience. The store was super clean, organized, and everything was so easy to find. I appreciate the time and effort the staff took checking if I needed a fitting room or just holding my handful of clothes I had. Thanks ladies, I will only be coming to this Torrid from now on!

I had a great experience shopping here thanks to Carissa. I was shopping for a bra but due to weight change I needed to get measured. Due to covid sales associates can not touch you but Carissa demonstrated on herself and watched on as I followed her example on myself. She was able to tell me my bra size and found a super cute bra. Thanks girl you were super helpful!

Jennifer was amazing!! I called looking for a bathing suit and they didn’t have it at there store so she looked at a few stores for me and she found it at another store and she had them hold It for me. I was so excited!!! Thank you so much Jennifer!!

I wish that all mall associates got the training that Torrid associates get. Wow they are so pleasant and make the customer feel special... I love torrid... Only place I can get the thick leggings I love!
