Called and made an appointment a week in advance to check out a possible place for me and my fiancé, we showed up ON TIME, only to be told our tour person (Teresa) was already on another tour showing another group around DURING OUR TOUR TIME. we then call her and her response was “well did you wait around?”...... it was an appointment i shouldn’t have to be waiting on the LEASING PERSON for my tour. Told by her COWORKER that he didn’t know when she would be back. completely unprofessional and she was not nice to us at all... i don’t believe you should be working at a place trying to sell people housing and act like that. Thanks to Teresa we now have found our perfect home at DONNYBROOK APARTMENTS!!!(only 7 min from the colonies) thanks for nothing teresa

when maintenance was called to fix the flush, they literally used a zip tie to make it work! I guess modern problems need modern solutions! The bathroom mirror was already broken when I moved in and it is never fixed. The place is antique and looks like it was never refurbished. just painted on top of all the places where there was an issue. And yes mice problem above all!

I moved in to my apartment on Nov 7th with the promise that everything in my apartment would be ready.I'm so disappointed the closet door is off the hinges and leaning against the bedroom wall. The door in the master bathroom is hard to close all of the appliances are old and outdated and the top of the stove is loose and the stove has alot of snitches and the oven light doesn't work.Dryer is not working..I no ideal what maintence were doing but they sure in the HELL wasn't getting my apartment unit ready for me to move into.I'm trying to talk to someone about getting out of my lease because i see nothing but problems with this place.

My daughter lives here and so far she is very happy with the place, the location is perfect with her been a student at Towson, also we had some needs from the leasing office and they were very willing to assist, we recommend Colony at Towson. Thanks
