This is by far the best place to train. Anything that you want to improve about yourself, Chris (The trainer) is there for you every step of the way. I have been going to the place now for eight months and have lost 40 pounds and have gained endurance and strength. Before finding Chris I could barely speed walk a quarter mile. Now, after training with Chris, I can run a 12 minute mile and will be running in my first 5K this coming spring! If you are looking to change your life and improve your health, this is the place to go!
