Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and super kind staff! I own a Trek and another bike brand, and they're more than happy to work on either. I was concerned initially that they wouldn't work on other brands, but they definitely do. The proximity to downtown, and their convenient hours (especially compared to other bike shops) have sealed the deal for me to use them forever. They've fixed my bike same-day multiple times and really helped me out of some jams. I'll definitely consult them for a next bike purchase just because of the great customer service I've gotten. I called looking for a specific Trek bicycle model. John was helpful, answering all my questions. After speaking with him, I made a quick and easy down payment and picked up my new bike the next day. John explained the features, the warranty and made suggestions on service, since I’m from out of state. I’m very impressed with my experience with this Trek store! I do not mind driving two hours knowing I will get the absolute best experience regarding my bike.

Robert helped me choose a bike that was in my price range and I got to test ride one of their most expensive bikes! (See attached picture). As you can tell, I was very happy! It was the most fun I've ever had on a mountain bike! Although I'll probably never be able to afford the mountain bike in the picture, I still have alot of fun on my cheap one I ride. If you have alot of fun with cheap equipment, it's what matters in the end! When it comes to mountain bikes you need something sturdy and built very well to handle abuse, 500-ish range was where I was looking and I found one but I didnt have the money. On the other hand I was very fortunate to have ridden such nice bikes! Thank yall!

Tim, at Trek, was super helpful and clear when I went in to shop for new clip-less shoes for my road bike. While there, I wanted to browse the mountain bikes, since I had been thinking about buying one for months. Tim patiently explained the differences and let me test ride the bikes I was interested in. Once I chose my items, he switched the cleat over from my old shoes to new and got my bike ready to ride! The Trek Store in Chattanooga is attentive to all customers and is being careful with any new guidelines. They also have a pretty good in-store selection. Highly recommend!
