Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up purchasing not one new bike but 2 —largely due to the exceptional service we were provided. The bikes, well... they speak for themselves. They are incredible! However, supporting local businesses that in turn offer outstanding customer service is a win-win!

Called in 15 minutes before they opened to make sure i got the bikes that i wanted, they picked up right away and were very friendly/helpful. After i picked out the bikes i recieved multiple calls throughout the day to make sure everything was set up perfectly when i aririved. Overall experience was great i have no complaints.
