I know this place isn't exactly animal APPALOOSA! Many people complain about the lack of animals. People expect a lot! From a zoo. Like smiling animals walking around and interacting with one another n what not. But realistically, animals are not meant to be kept in zoos. The staff and docents are wonderful people who really know their stuff! Props to them. The volunteers have big hearts;) peace.

I was given an appointment there for my COVID-19 vaccinations. Had my first one today and I was pleasantly surprised it all went smoothly and quickly! I was in and out in thirty minutes. That included the 15 minute quiet time you need to sit to see if there any adverse reactions. Very well managed!
Nice big and spacious arena for concerts .They have a big space and nice sitting area which are properly marked which makes it easy to find your seats. You will not be able to see the stage properly from the back seats as it it very big but they have a big screen on the stage which shows the stage. They gave food shops inside where you can buy stuff and drinks ,beer etc . No outside food is allowed inside not even water so dont carry any food or drinks with you . The parking is spacious and properly lit . The parking cost is 15 which i find costly .The exit to the parking is at the traffic light which makes it difficult to move and lot of tailgating is there during that time .
Had recently been to 2 varsity all star competitions was such a great experiance! The arena is a great place to have events like all star cheer comps! Looking forward to going there again in a few weeks!!
Love the Arena thought the staff what friendly and helpful the Arena itself was very clean lots of different food vendors all the food and drinks were priced very reasonably but yet still a little bit overpriced it was definitely cheaper than a lot of the other arenas around that we’ve gone to...the reason for a 3 star review is because they hire the Mercer County sheriffs department to do traffic control and it was a nightmare it took us about an hour to get parking they even blocked off the VIP parking area and people lost money because they would not allow people to even park in the VIP area other then that enjoyed the venue and the Jeff Dunham show.. just a side note I would absolutely give the staff at the arena Five stars...
