Thanks for taking my call immediately and not making me sit on hold for over 15 min., call 4 times, post to Facebook, and email your company to get our broken/leaking water dispenser replaced. We REALLY appreciate your willingness to deliver a working water dispenser t-o-d-a-y when we called today! HA! We received our water dispenser before noon with water!!!! We've canceled our service with CrystalSprings. Yahoo!!!!!!!
