They didn't keep their word and rented the house we stayed at for the previous 2 years out from under us. Renter beware. We called and told them we wanted to rent for the next year and were told that was not a problem but when we stopped to leave the deposit they told us it was already rented. I beleave if you say you're gonna do something you should stick to it and unfortunately their customer service stinks. you'd think after doing biz with them for several years they might try and be helpful but unfortunately not. I'll never consider renting one of their properties again.

Giving a five star review was the easiest thing I've done in a while. From start to finish, Tri power and property manager were helpful, responsive and professional. Tri power was, by far, the most professional, accommodating, caring I have dealt with The house On Palermo cir was exquisite - just as described, perfect location, amenities to spare Everything was perfect upon arrival Jaime,Anna,Taylor and especially Judith was very helpful throughout our stay. We made it every evening the 3 blocks to the beach for sunset (and most mornings for a sunrise walk). The house with a beautiful view was wonderful for walking, coffee, meals and shopping. Thank you Tri power I’ll see you soon
