I Bought an Audi Q7 from them 9/30/2020 it is now 2/12/2021 The vehicle had 65,000 miles it Now has 67,000 miles and my check engine light just came on I have an appointment with with Audi it could be the converter I was told. codeP20EE so be careful with them it hasn’t been 5 months only 2,000 miles added and I’m going through this if the expenses is not worth it I’m calling a lawyer and see if I’m protected in anyway. How the world is set up probably not I hope this helps people stay away for shady business that practice sales deception that care more about a dollar than a returning customer.

Our experience Troncalli Subaru was excellent. They had exactly what I was looking for and gave us a fair deal and a great trade-in price on my old car. No pressure, none of the tired old car dealer games. We will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.
I have heard good things about this dealership but unfortunately I did not have a good first experience. If your website allows for someone to request the e-price of a car then when doing so, you should be able to recieve an email with the price of the car. That happens at all the other dealerships I have contacted when researching my next vehicle purchase. For me however I recieved 2 emails asking me where would the car be registered, how am I paying for the vehicle once a deal is made, and would I be trading in a vehicle? None of that has anything to do with the e-price that the dealership has determined. Unfortunately this Subaru dealership might not be the one for me if I can't simply receive a price of the vehicle. Time to go back to Hughes Subaru where my last buying experience was much better.
DO NOT get your car service done here. poor work performance. made more mess than the actual work. missing tabs, broken clips. very unprofessional
