We were traveling with friends and had a standard room with two queens and a 2-bedroom suite. The 2-bedroom suite was impressive - lots of space and well furnished. It is actually part of a house that has been converted into separate suites, so was house-like than hotel-like. The suite also had an EXCELLENT binder of activities nearby with lengthy descriptions, photos, and directions and time to get to each (the standard room did not have this binder of information). We were lucky and got a room with a view for the standard room, facing the hillside (and no extra fee for the view :)). We were pleasantly surprised to find the outdoor pool was heated, which was necessary as it was quite cool outside. We were visiting Bryce Canyon National Park and this place was well situated for that. Plenty of hot water for the shower.

Beautiful and convenient place to stay. Very laid back with showers, restrooms, pool, hit tub and great little restaurant playing live music every night! The only thing missing was a laundry room. Would stay again!

Bryce Pioneer Village is about 25 minutes from Dixie National Forest. I'm not sure how far it is from Bryce Canyon or Zion but they can't be too far out seeing as how I saw their signs on the way to Pioneer Village. This place is great for a break from the road and outdoors. There is a restaurant on-site with delicious BBQ. If you're lucky you might catch some local live talent. I got to enjoy Mary Kaye while I was there. The showers and bathrooms are clean and stocked with toilet paper. If you aren't a fan of families and children I would think of staying somewhere else. Dogs on leash are welcome.

This hotel says it has free breakfast, but they do not. You find that out when you check in (after you’ve paid). Then they announce that the pool and hot tub are closed. Then if you try to call them after 8pm, no one answers this phone number and no one checks voice mail for at least 16 hours. Then, if you are in the rooms next to any of the outside doors, when someone enters or exits the building, the walls shake something fierce in those adjacent rooms. And you can try complaining, but don’t expect much of a response from the inexperienced people at the desk.

Barely any water pressure in sink or shower, door doesn't even shut or seal, heater/air conditioner blows right on your face and is loud, bed is just springs with barely any padding, floor isn't level and is noisy to walk on, spider in shower was a pleasant surprise but with all the holes in the place it should have been expected, tiny bathroom with nothing that should be called counter space, world's smallest towels and the walls are so thin, or the holes so big, that you will hear everything going on all around you.... but the staff was friendly and nice and even though the TV was tiny I enjoyed the old western movies I watched since I couldn't sleep anyway :)

They said free breakfast but no free breakfast. AC does not cool fast. Very old AC unit. Water pressure in shower sucks.

I’ve never been to a place quite like this. Cabins, motel and houses with “condo type” rooms As well as accommodating RVs this place was awesome. My family and I really enjoyed it. My kids were able to run around. We ate at the restaurant on site! Major Bonus, it was good food too. There’s a huge fire pit with benches to sit down and make s’mores after dinner. The atmosphere of this place really was unique. The kids loved it so much they are already asking to go back again
