1st oil change . Besides some grease on the glove boxes (im assuming they were looking for wheel lock key) , stopping on my way home to even out my tire pressure, and 1 hr 45 min wait with an appointment for just an oil change. (Which the guy apologized for cause of something else going on put his guys behind) it wasn't a horrible experience.

I went to Ford first, I was replacing an Edge, and intended to buy a new Edge. I was there for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I did a test drive but left without making a decision. I went directly to Chevrolet, was met at the door by Nolan. He asked me what I was looking for, talked about my wants for a new vehicle. He brought out an Equinox, showed me around the car, talked about some mechanics and extras offered on this car. I took it for a drive and loved it. I left and let him know I would return after my husband was off work. When we came back Nolan was with another customer, but was prepared for us. Another salesman met us at the door with the keys so my husband could have the benefit of a test drive as well. We purchased the Equinox! Customer service was EXCEPTIONAL throughout the entire visit both times and with everyone involved! I have since told everyone who will listen how fantastic everyone was!

The best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I saw a new 2021 Z71 Tahoe with the specs I wanted. Called and got an upfront price. When arrived with my trade and they gave me what it was worth. No back and forth. No sneaky tricks. I had my numbers and they asked for them upfront and met them. No time wasting and no games. Jason was super Personable and easy to work with. The finance guy was low pressure. He knew we had high credit scores and shopped the best rates. I will only buy cars from this dealer.
