I was in a pinch to have a friend picked up at JFK last minute. The service I received was beyond professional scheduling the pickup with the office. The driver (Nicole) contacted me when she was on her way and when she picked up my friend, it was excellent customer service. My friend also commented on what great service it was from pick up to drop off. Nicole was very friendly and a safe driver. I won't hesitate to contact them in the future. Top-notch service!!!!

I would highly recommend this driving company to anyone! The drivers were on time, early even. I received text communication promptly. It was a breeze to get to the airport. Safe. Punctual. Kind drivers. One of the reasons I chose this company was because they include tip, tolls, etc in their price. Most of the driving companies I researched did not. Well worth the money. A wonderful experience.
