John is incredibly courteous and professional. On our 11:45 Sunday shuttle ride, he showed genuine empathy toward those who could not fit on the shuttle and reassured them the next would come promptly, communicated well as to which lot was next on the route, and went the extra step of carrying luggage to the individuals’ vehicles as he wished them well. A good man to have on your staff.

VERY RUDE AND DISHONEST!!! If I could give less than one star I would. I pulled into their lot around 11 pm on the 15th and left around the same time on the 23rd and was charged for 9 days instead of 8 meaning I paid full price for the one hour my vehicle was there on the first day. On the day I left the machine that takes payments after hours and would have charged me 3.33 for each day couldn’t read my ticket so someone had to come take my payment in person. The guy who came down charged me 4.43 for each day and yelled at me so loudly when I called shortly after leaving to discuss the error that my son sitting 4 ft away from me could clearly hear him. He stated the fee for oversized vehicles was 7/day and that I could come back to the lot and he would charge me that instead as though he had done me some kind of favor. The fee for oversized vehicles that exit after regular business hours is 3.33 because that’s what the machine charges. Being charged the extra dollar is really only mildly annoying. Being charged for an extra day because he’s bad at math is more annoying. His self-righteous and extremely rude response to being called out on those annoying things is inexcusable.

Mediocre. I use them quite often as I travel about 15 times a year. Most of the time it’s fine, but you often have to wait 15 minutes or so for a shuttle. The wait has been worse since they stopped having an actual attendant on site and are using instead a “call for shuttle” service. I imagine security is compromised as well given the lack of a person on site , though I haven’t had anything taken from my car yet (and I’ve probably traveled four weeks for a week at a time since the “electronic attendant” switch was made). Oh, and the air conditioning is horrid in the shuttles. During the summer that five minute drive seems like 50. Nice drivers, okay services, good cost. Overall mediocre.

I have used Quick Park at the Tucson Airport for four years and the drivers and the service has always been exceptional. On my last airport trip, I returned home from overseas late at night with my family and my car battery was dead. The Quick Park associate at the desk radio'ed to the driver, who was at my car in two minutes and had my car running in less than two minutes after his arrival. I was so appreciative and grateful. Quick Park is an incredibly well-run business and I'd highly recommend using Quick Park to anyone that is flying out of Tucson
