I recently wrote a review for 520Express but I have to apologize that I got the drivers name wrong. Being locked up because of the pandemic for a few months has not been good for me. The driver who took me to Phoenix was Jason not Justin. 520Express is a great service. Everyone who needs a personal driver should use them. It was Jason who was so kind and thoughtful.

I would have wholeheartedly recommended this shuttle service—until today. Their reservations person was incredibly rude to me via email while we were attempting to work out details of a reservation to bring my husband (and his luggage) home from a year-long military deployment. I’m offended enough that I’ll be looking for a different shuttle service in the future. It’s too bad, because I’ve had two very good previous experiences with this company. But not good enough to excuse the treatment I received from their “customer service” representative this morning. P.S. I posted this same review on Yelp. After reading it, the customer service rep is continuing to harass me via email, as I type this one.

Fantastic service! This is the first time I've ever really looked forward to writing a review for a company. Used them RT to the airport. Drivers are professional, courteous and responsible. Making reservations was easy. Vehicles were clean and comfortable. Prices very reasonable. My first ride was around mid-night -- the driver was waiting inside for us with my name on a tablet. This was an exploratory visit before moving. He was happy to chat with us and answer questions/provide information about different areas of the city. My return to the airport, the driver was equally happy to chat or leave me in silence. He answered any questions I had and didn't needlessly chatter (sometimes I just like quiet). Not only will I use them again - I will keep their contact info in my phone for friends and family. Many flights from the East Coast land at midnight. How nice that I'll have a reliable and reasonably priced car service! Book today!

I called to get an estimate and setup a ride. The guy was rude. I have travelled a lot and have to call to get cars to pick me up in very weird locations. Sometimes all I can give is an estimation of an area of where I will be. This guy kept demanding a street number. Fine, I was looking for one that was close. He kept repeating that he needed a number. So, I hung up on him. I won't use a service that can't receive simple information and use it. I have never had a car service be so rude to me. By the way, I fly 15-20 times a year using car services across the country and this is the first one that I had to hang up on.

This company is PHENOMENAL! Professional, punctual, reliable. I will never drive myself to the airport again. Rates are excellent. I travel a lot and will always use them.
