Brandon Mayfield promised me service beyond the call of duty and he has lived up to those promises. I would not hesitate for a second to do business with US Alarm Brokers, a fantastic company.

So impressed with US Alarm Brokers. I switched from another company after being with them for 16 years because they sold to a larger Corp and service and billing wasn’t as good. I wanted to support a local family business and Brandon at US Alarm brokers made it so easy for me to be happy with my decision to switch. He was quick to install and even had him do some extra work that wasn’t planned. He is great at follow up and always available when I call or text with a question. Super fantastic family business. Support local Tucson! Oh, and they saved me money on my monitoring—great prices and not pushy at all. Brandon wants to inform you but doesn’t push you.

Absolutely Amazing! I shopped this alarm hard, and these guys provided me with everything I wanted: Brand Name Quality Equipment, a Perfect Install (every wire was positioned so clean & hidden), a Great Price, and NO CONTRACT for monthly service (which is even cheaper than the others too)! Brandon, the owner showed up on time, succeeded in addressing every one of my special requests, offered his personal cell number should a need arise, and installed a pretty complicated warehouse alarm system himself, with a perfect end result! This company is incredible! They are well established, trusted by major corporate entities here in town, and they are LOCALLY OWNED! Brandon was very likable, extremely professional, and left me thinking that this is one of the best contractors I think I've ever worked with! ALL EXPECTATIONS SURPASSED!

This review is for the initial communication, assessment, and setup. I am a new customer so can't yet comment on the on-going service. My tenant had an intruder and wanted a security system installed immediately. US Alarm Brokers was quick to respond to my inquiry. They were professional and prompt. They had someone come out within a day or so for assessment and then they did the install on a holiday because they knew my tenant was anxious to get the security! My tenant is very happy, as am I. Thank you!

We purchased a home that previously had a wired alarm system. Over the years we talked about having it updated and activated, but never did. We finally made the move and called a few places. US Alarm was one of those. They gave us a lot of information over the phone, but also offered to come out and do a more extensive survey. We were happy with the no-pressure sales and options that were provided. We found that having a security system is affordable and can be customized to our needs. The system was installed less than a week later. Professional all around, customer service top-notch, walked us through everything and made sure we had all of our questions answered. Great value, great product, great company. Service after the sale is assured as well. Highly recommend to anyone for their home or business security needs.
