I’ve been out here for over a year, and these are the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. Family oriented, and quiet environment. If anything needs a fixin,” they’re there to fix any problems very fast! The office staff always have events for the residents for every holiday! If you’re looking for nice apartments and a family oriented office staff, Come on down to Echo Trail!!!
We moved into the apartment and the first rain we had discovered that we had mold in our bathroom. Which we reported and never got fixed. Had appliances 30 years old. The bath tub just had been painted over to look nice and flaked paint as we continued to live there. Reported it and never got fixed. The black lady in the management building was some of the friendliest i had been treated. Everyone else i talked to was as rude as ive ever been treated for someone to have been professional staff members. While gone on vacation i didnt pay rent because i thought the bill was wrong and 3 day after it was due i got a letter on my door Saying we would be evicted if we didnt pay it immediately. When i called to ask about our bill the lady was as rude as possible and refused to answer any of my questions about our bill. When i confronted her she had nothing to say but pay it and then we can talk about get it fixed. Which to me means it doesnt matter just pay your bill.
I could not express how grateful I am for the staff here at Echo Trail apartments. I never have to wait an extended amount of time for anything to be fixed. I pride them in their expertise and humble approach with their residents. It is clean, pet and kid friendly. My first apartment in Oklahoma and I am glad I chose them
Love love love the office ladies Kelsey and Kelli!! They are quick at responding any questions or concerns I have. Hands down best leasing consultants I have ever had experience with!
