75ft tall...43500 pound standing tall from 1953....something worth seeing at least once....that's what me and my friend discussed when we read all this details on google. We turned our vehicle and headed towards it....Good experience to see something that big...6th largest statue in the USA...that was crazy!!! But nice.....Seen statues of famous people but a statue of an oil worker was something really new and never clicked in the mind that something like this can exist. Highly recommended at least once......:

This week was the shoot out sprint car races. I worked at a door checking temperature. Then there were another set making sure you had wrist bands and mask. Then cleaners ran a machine to spray hand rails, door pulls and air in the entrance areas. The one problem ever year is the cold water in the north rest rooms. Hard to wash hands when its so cold. Hand sanitizer stations are in different areas of the flower.

The Big Guy is a completely unique experience and thoroughly Tulsa. He is also very socially conscious, as can clearly be seen in this photo with him wearing an appropriate facemask for being out in public. Besides that, there's no question that he regularly practices social distancing since he is close to 40 feet tall. ;-)
