We are buying a house in Collinsville, OK and called on Monday for a structural inspection and an EMP (electrical, mechanical, and plumbing) inspection. We were scheduled for Wednesday with 2 helpful, professional, and friendly inspectors. We didn't really expect to get info until the report was filled out, but they both walked us through the few things that they wanted to bring to our attention and we left that night confident in our decision to buy this house. Also, Toni in the office couldn't have been nicer Thank you!

These folks are wonderful. They were able to get on site and do an inspection super fast. Miss Toni in the office was super efficient with my time and my timeline, not to mention incredibly friendly and charming. Mr. Knox was responsive and very forthright about what to expect. I’m very happy with their work and their willingness to work with me remotely from another state. I will recommend them to everyone who needs assistance.
