This place was great. I have a Toyota Camry with a notorious issue of the bumper to front fender clip snapping off. I went in to have the issue looked at and was greeted immediately upon entry, despite the lobby having several customers, and a salesmen was with me shortly. We then went to review the issue on the car and I was provided with a few options to take care of the problem. I informed the salesmen that the vehicle was my work car and I was hoping not to spend a lot of money. The salesmen offered to glue the part in place for me for free. He made it clear it would only hold for so long, but still. Isn't that awesome!!! They took the car around back cleaned the area up and epoxied the bumper into place, about 45 minutes of their time. They are great! !!!

On an inclement weather day in Oklahoma, I had a chain link fence swing open and smash into the side of my brand new truck! Devastated as you could believe, I panicked and rushed around town and gathered 4 different quotes to get my 3 month old truck repaired. When I arrived at Maaco Collision, Garrett and Tony were absolutely friendly and accommodating! Not only did they match my previous quotes, they quoted me at an even more discounted price! Tony’s professionalism and world class customer service won me over. Bailey the general manager is also wonderful and she knows her business. Maaco updated me on the progress of my vehicle and they guarantee their work, including a 3 year warranty. My paint is flawless and matches perfectly. Don’t waste your time at other collision repair shops, this place will exceed your expectations of quality and service! I am a 100% satisfied customer!
No communication, false promises in regards to timing and sub par work with no empathy from the front desk. They melted my key fob, managed to only perform body work on the driver side of my vehicle and had no remorse when I expressed discontent. Either middle management is to doing their jobs or there is no accountability. Walked around my truck and described what I wanted done. Ended up being told my 1500 job included the factory paint and contributed to the orange peel and had everything taken apart and not put back together. Had to lay on my horn to just leave. They don’t care about you as a customer and I plan to never go back. Worst 1,500 I ever spent. Previously went there for a paint job that cost 700 that was much better. Go anywhere they care about you as a customer. Not here. They don’t care about what you think or if you are unhappy. Do not go here.
They painted my 90s model car from a white to a black. It looks great! You cant at all it was white before. Done in less then a week. I will be using their services again very soon. Big shout out to Bailey and her team at the Maaco in Tulsa!
July 20th 2020..... 2300 paint job A month and 26 days later 2nd repaint.. Took them a month and 26 days. And its still chipped same spots.. Might i add the black has more scratches and is not glossy at all like they didnt lay down the clear wet enough the mirrors were repainted in a day so dont expect to be perfect but looks like they were touched up with a brush. Good lord i dont got another 2 months to wait on a repaint ..... Update I get the response everybody else did that there sorry I'm not thrilled.. and a number to call to let them know what was the problem... WellI just told them the problem! This is a simple cover up to act as if they care.. I didn't bother to take my truck back there as I have twice now should of been offered half my money back the mirrors are even too bad to even put on the truck.. for 2300 for one small ding and a paint job I should of went elsewhere for the price.. these aren't experienced painters these are guys that's painted a car or two in there life at home. Do not take your car here I don't recommend to my worst enemy... Update November 5th 2020 maaco didnt make it right however I took my truck to 11th and Sheridan body shop behind quiktrip if you hit the car wash you went to far.. And he re did my entire truck for half of what maaco charged me and amazing work its perfect. Do not use maaco you'll be sorry
