I had a lovely experience ordering a refrigerator. The associate that helped me was Dave who works in kitchen design. He was knowledgeable and detailed and he made sure I knew what I was purchasing and what to expect after delivery. Only criticism is that I had to wait awhile for an associate to help me. It was like a ghost town on the sales floor and I had to go up front finally and ask for help. But if all the associates are as kind and helpful as Dave, it's worth the wait.

Steven in flooring was excellent explaining what we needed to do with our kitchen floor. We feel more comfortable facing this project. Susan in plumbing was very helpful finding the pieces we needed for our project.

Great customer service, I bought a lot of material so I had no more space for more material. So I went back in and told them I ran out of space in my truck. I asked if I could leave the material to pick it up the next day and they took care of me. Good job guus

If your looking for 100% self service this is your Home Depot. If you need help or have a question go across the street to Lowes. Waited to get a piece of wood cut, gave up, no one showed after I hunted down two associates to call for a person that was certified to use machine. I decided to go ahead and purchase items in my cart... I got a contact high from the cashier, she Reeked of weed. Btw no one says hi, how can I help you, are you doing okay, etc. store manager wake up! train your people, customer service culture in this store complete trash. Potential customers I recommend you go to Amazon.com
