I’m constantly having to reset my password every time I try to use the mobile backing I’ve had to reset my password 12 times now and Monday will be the 13th. It’s extremely inconvenient and I shouldn’t have to deal with that when I log in just to check my account. I’m very close to switching banks soon because of this flaw. All I should have to do is log in to check my account summary and that’s it but unfortunately to do that I have to jump through hoops first

They beat around the bush when it comes to the loan dept and have you waste your time. Instead of giving you the criteria from the very beginning, they make you think you’re going to get approved for your loan if you do X Y and Z. Then after months of collecting information they “need” , they still say they are unable to help you. I will not be recommending to ANYONE
