I had new water softener put in Chose Kinetico over Culligan again Water is soft Also had new water filtration in for drinking water Despite cost I am so pleased! It all pays off with health and also maintenance in home with well water here in Filer So happy and amazing service! Love that the company is family owned and all dedicated to their customers over and beyond So happy Always will refer!!

Kerry and the boys, really know their stuff. They installed a new water softener and drinking water station in my home over 10 years ago. They have the best maintenance program in the area and they back and service what they sell. I can't say enough good things about Kinetico of Magic Valley.

This is a wonderful company. If an issue happens with the equipment such as a leak or major damage they do everything they can to fix the issue in a timely manner. My mom uses their equipmemt and even though it was owned, one of the osmosis filters broke and she had a water leak for 3 weeks before it was noticed. The water leak was so bad it damaged her cabinets, walls, and flooring in the kitchen. Kinetico came out on a emergency service call fixed the leak and sent in an adjuster to look at the damage. Within 3 weeks of this she had new flooring put in, new cabinets, and everything that was damaged replaced plus put her in a hotel room while the repairs were being done. We really appreciate all the have done to fix these errors.

I really do love Kinetico water softeners and RO units but I feel somewhat cheated buying a very expensive unit with exorbitant service call fees if you have problems. If you do have a minor problem with either units or need to change out filters try to do it yourself. 60 just to change filters and sanitize. 120 for a service call. I called for lack of soft water which was a basic stuck float in brine tank that I accidentally fixed messing around with it. Two days later a tech came out for 10 minutes, tested the water and said it was fine. Got a bill for 60. Had I known it cost that much I would have made sure to cancel the service call.
