Got the scooter taken care of without issue. Kept me in the loop ever step of the way. New rubber and a clutch cable repair. This place is legit and worth every penny. Big garage capabilities with a hometown feel. Cant wait to hit their sponsored bike nights coming up at TKP in colonial heights.

Didn't address the reason I brought the bike in. Just wanted to do quick easy stuff to make a quick buck and push it out the door. Bike still ran bad, if not worse at slow speeds. Overcharged.

Just picked up my bike this morning, Chris rocks with his ability and knowledge of motorcycles. Replaced my Vulcan handlebars with 10 inch mini apes, and for a small bike its a great fit. Thanks Chris and Twisted Grip Cycles.

Great customer service. Clean and well organized shop. Chris did me right. He inspected the cams on my Harley and could have given me a song and dance about how they needed to be changed (2000-06 had Cam Adjuster issues). He shot me right and told me I had a good 10K miles left before they would need to be changed out. All the other work they did was outstanding and the bike runs and performs great. Kudos to Chris and his team.
