I went into the showroom looking to purchase appliances for the kitchen. Mentioned I was also having problems getting my cloths washer fixed due to fact the washer and dryer are stacked and asked if they could also do that repair. He told me they don't repair stacked units that they didn't install for liability reasons. He said he understood my problem since most companies have the same policy. He then said he would come over and unstack them on his own time with no charge. Then I could get a repair person to fix the washer. I was floored since I was just gathering information, he did not know if I was going to order from him. Amazing!

Do not buy your appliances here. My husband and I bought 10,000 worth of new kitchen appliances on Labor Day. We did not get any of them until February and it is March and we are still waiting on our dishwasher and refrigerator. Our sales person, John Howells, was great when we were shopping. He was very knowledgeable and managed to upsell us on almost everything. We were so excited to get our new stuff, but ever since having trouble getting our things delivered he has disappeared. Yes, he still works for the company, but doesn’t respond to any emails or phone calls. Calling the corporate number is a joke. You will wait on hold for at least 45 minutes and be bounced around between “customer service” reps once you finally get to talk to someone. I don’t know how this place is still in business.

Not sure how this company could have ever survived. AJ Madison's sales rep, named Brian Mclaughlin, is the worse sales person you may ever meet. At least that was my experience. He would ask you to prepare a lot of information before he can answer any question or do anything for you. He would then disappear and never get back to you. No return on emails or voice messages (he never answers his phone). He simply does not care. I would give this guy a zero star if given such option.

In a day and age where small businesses desperately need to hold on to their customers - this company makes me want to run screaming back to the big box stores. I will never order from this company again. It's been an awful experience. No one ever answers the phone, you can wait on hold for 20 minutes and then your call just gets cut off - or you're sent to a 'voicemail' that 'isn't set up' and the calls dropped. You can email them all you want and IF they respond, they have no system of recording what has and hasn't been done resulting in your issues never being addressed or being addressed incorrectly. We ordered 2 top of the line appliances and we're going to cancel the 2nd one because we refuse to support this company any further.

Don’t expect any customer service from this franchise location. We walked into an EMPTY showroom and stood in the entry for about 1 minute whilst 2 agents were very busy on their computers. Finally, said excuse me where can we find such Ana such brands. Another couple was also looking around and the two agents were glued to their seats. You are better off going to the big box stores who appreciate and understand customer service.
