Ken was great. The service wasn't necessary because the issue isn't with the equipment. It's with the firmware update that has yet to happen nor is there a date of when it will happen. This information could've been said when I initially spoke with tech support over the phone. Ken could've used his time with me to assist a customer with a fixable issue. Overall, he was great. If I ever have a future problem, I'd like to have Ken help me.

My father passed away to covid. His house was sold off. Now, everytime the new owners alarm goes off in my dads old house, the system calls me. ADT wont fix it. Its bad enough he passed away, let alone having to keep getting calls. Adt's slogan is providing serious service... Now thats funny.... Aweful service and aweful protection. In a way, its harassment getting their calls....

Like another reviewer, I received a bill saying ADT has to take 100 out of my account for June, but all along they have taken payments out directly from my credit union on the 1st of each month plus ADT Pulse takes 10 more dollars out monthly. The Ring doorbell is already paid for that is another story. Anyway, I’ve been satisfied with ADT and want to see how much it would cost to upgrade but not sure if I should consider it, if I’m having issues despite automatic withdrawals monthly.

I have nothing but trouble getting a hold of them. I am trying to leave so offered a lower rate but they still took out 3x that lower rate!! I am DONE with this company. They are a ripoff

Nothing but crooks! They keep saying I am behind and then I paid for May 2020, but owe for March and April 2020, and it’s only April!! PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH ADT!!! Nothing but issues always!!!! I have until March 2021, and I will be away from this horrible company!!!

We have had ADT for years, so we decided to upgrade to wireless. We had them come out and upgrade our system and install some cameras. In the process of installation, somehow they fried the circuit board in my garage door opener. I immediately contacted Sara the manager by phone and email, but since it was Saturday I didn't figure I would get a response. By midweek I called our sales man about it and he assured me that he would get an answer. A week goes by and still nothing. I decided to go ahead and buy a new board and installed it and it worked fine. I took the receipt to ADT Anderson with Sara and she said she could not authorize a refund, but would pass it along to the corporate office. That was two weeks ago, and still nothing (which doesn't surprise me). I have been holding off a review until I had an answer on our problem. Obviously I do not matter enough for them to bother with this. The board cost me 59.00. I guess I'll chalk it up to a lesson learned. ADT is a decent system but the customer service from the Uniontown branch sucks.
