This is one of the MOST helpful and compassionate places with the utmost friendliest employees that let you get personable and give all their attention to your needs. We had never rented a handicap vehicle and were soo excited to get approved for grandma's move from Dallas to Austin with all this COVID and not seeing her since Feb 2020!! We filled out an inquiry form on the website and then Bre on the weekend crew called us within the hour to give us details. Pam called us to square away the reservation and gave us an in-depth tour of the van and how all the buttons worked. We were so happy with the reservation and experience and grandma's safe transport that we can't wait for the world to open safety so we can rent again and give grandma the true Austin tour!!!

Excellent place to buy an accessible vehicle. The process can be long but worth the wait. The staff, Mary the Manager, Dave my salesman, Jordan with the whole maintenance staff, and the the front desk are excellent. I would recommend this facility to any veterans especially. I purchased an accessible SUV for me to drive with hand controls. This is the second conversion vehicle I've purchased here. Very pleased, will do business again!
