Dont get your items packaged here, way Over priced, adding more inches to the package is not ok. I understand if you add one more inch but more than one is unacceptable. Korean lady is very rude, seemed like she is the owner but she needs to step aside and let her employees do their job. So if you want to go here please make sure they are measuring Correctly and getting charged what you ask for and or package at home and avoid the rude Korean lady.

Not sure if it changed ownership but the middle aged Asian lady was super rude and unhelpful with an Amazon return I had to pay her to print a label, she made me get a 60lb item up in the counter on her tiny scale. She was so rude. Will find a new UPS store

Lindsay was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond with her customer service, helping me in anyway she could. I dont leave reviews often, but Lindsey was definitely deserving of one. This is my new shipping store thanks to her! Give that girl a raise!

I have had a PO box here for almost a year. The staff is really quick and VERY courteous. I really appreciate the friendly gestures and awesome service. If there was a problem in the past,..? Its been fixed.
