Had a horrible experience at high ridge ups and called ups and was told to come here. Best service around. Holly was a great help and solved all the issues and answered all the questions I had about shipping. Will ship all my packages from here now on.

Nothing less than Thieves .. stolen my packages twice in last one month. They have the correct address still they delivered to wrong address that too in a different town. After filing a complain , no one cares to call back and that only goes to show this center is run by some crooked people stealing peoples packages. UPS high time you act !!!

There is a reason why the average rating of UPS as of the time of writing is less than 2 stars with 88 reviews. The UPS has an online feature named “MyChoice.” That I feel is a disappointing feature, because “YourOptions” include paying extra for having your mail delivered in a secondary location or a different time. I do not trust their “Next Day” delivery and I recommend customers not to fully trust their Online customer service representatives either. I paid my sender 25 extra for next day processing. On the day that I supposed to receive it, I was told that “it was rescheduled” without reason provided; and when I requested redelivery, I was told my address is incomplete (even though our mail room/mailbox explicitly shows my name and address). This is despite me giving the instructions to have my mail left on the door and despite providing them door number. In addition; their online chat support redirected my Mail to their access point for the “same day request/pickup” only to be told after another call that the particular office has closed. Disappointing!

Pick fedex. The customer service woman did not call during my requested time, pretended to not be on the line so I would hang up and she could record that she attempted contact, and said I had to come pick up a mattress because it was too big and could not be left at my apartment. I replied that I could not pick up the mattress because it would not fit in my car (the entire reason I was having it shipped) I tried to schedule delivery so I could be there to pick it up and the woman on the phone said “we’ll try again Tuesday, goodbye” and then hung up on me. I was not given the option to schedule a delivery window, and she said they will not come to my apartment door, so I have no idea how to receive the package aside from sitting outside of my building all day waiting for the truck. I will be calling back tomorrow to file an official complaint and try to get this issue resolved, but long story short, choose fedex.
