I mailed several boxes of clothing and bedding through UPS. The delivery was scheduled for a Monday. It never showed up. When I tracked the package, I received a message stating "The receiver was not available for delivery. We'll make a second attempt the next business day." When in fact there was NO delivery attempt. My son was home all day and there was no "attempt to deliver" tag left on the door. The packages were delivered the following day in the condition depicted in this review. Boxes split wide open, a huge wet brown spot on my white down comforter and I am now very concerned that some of my belonging may have fallen out because of the condition of the boxes. Help and support center and costumer service center are a complete joke. A voice recording comes on the line and you absolutely cannot speak to anyone to address your concerns. I DO NOT recommend the UPS for any deliveries on any items on which you may place value. Totally unacceptable!!

I've been in my new house for 1.5 years. Every delivery by UPS is an issue. The delivery address is correct from the shipper until the Lake Charles facility changes the street name. It's so bad that I've resorted to picking up my packages at the Lake Charles facility. I've had very expensive packages left over and over to a street address that doesn't even exist. Luckily UPS has been able to go back to the wrong delivery location and retrieve my packages. I have spoken to Jeff Ryder at the Lake Charles facility several times and the problem is never corrected.
It is impossible to get help bc their phone system will not connect you to anyone!! The app is no help and no one can help at the retail store either!! This is my second package to be delivered in Louisiana & have had problems with UPS both times! My husband Fathers Day gift which was purchased in enough time to make it to us & I had a delivered date scheduled for Saturday but it's still just sitting at the hub (that you can't talk to anyone at). And now there's no details on when it will be delivered! I'm fed up with their lack of service that I paid for!!
Had a package that kept being delivered during the day witch I (only) had to sign. I ended up calling the local USP. I talked to a really nice lady on the phone and told me to show up at a certain time. When I showed up I had to wait a little longer not that much. Typically I would just be mad but the employees that were there were so awesome by making me feel welcome, I ended up truly not minding.
The is the third time that I received a smashed up box. Inside the box, I have about 10 smaller boxes with expensive food in it. All of those boxes were smashed and food falling out of it. Half of the food is ruined. This is the third time my box has been dropped off damaged.
The woman at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. You can get on and out in a hurry, except in the mornings. Parking at 9am is at a premium. All the companies who get large orders overnight, are there, along with the workers' cars still there unloading packages
Little run around per phone at 1 -800 showed undeliverable! However received call within 1 hour time frame and went directly to pick up was told they would give me time to get there ( almost closing) service was great and they helped loaded as well ! Thank you to all !!
