WORST experience to date with any carrier, hands down. Been two months since they either lost or stole (a UPS employee told me this was most likely the case) my item worth 3000. NO accountability, NO action, NO help. Impossible to speak a human unless you can get there between 3PM and 6PM M-F and although the employee was kind, she had no ability to help me or provide guidance of any sort. How can a system be this broken? Any attempt to gain information has been useless. Complete stonewall. I see I am not alone in my experience, which is crazy. I will continue to pursue this by any means necessary.

Went to pick up a wine shipment that i opted to pick up from carrier hub.. told over the phone they would be open Saturday. Drove 30 minutes to get there and they were closed. Also terrible hours to pick up 9am - 10:30am and 3pm-6pm tues- fri.

We just had one shipment delivered to the wrong address today, another was received (yet still says out for delivery), and another that has been out for delivery for multiple days. This is just the most recent experience with them. FedEx, USPS, and even Amazon have all been much more reliable in getting packages delivered on time (or at least updating the tracking accordingly if it is delayed).

My expensive package was supposed to arrive a week ago. Tracking says every single day 'delayed' but gives no further information. Called and spoke to a human yesterday (also annoying because it's not simple to reach a human at UPS) who apologized, took my name, number and email and said someone would get back to me. What a shocker. No one did. Still no idea where my item is.

I have not been able to reach UPS for a long time. A package they have had ready for delivery in Petaluma since 6/11 and others in my area have similar situations. I need to know if this will be shipped soon. I was supposed to have 6/12. I can ship by other carrier and have them send back to the factory if they cannot handle. So unusual as UPS has been so good in the past. Getting frustrated.

worst experience with a customer service resource from any company ever. Go Fed Ex...Please!!!! I feel have been discriminated agains by the local driver. I was just trying to compliment the situation from his actions. Why should I be vulnerable to such subjugation? If a package is delayed.. let me follow up.. especially when it's 3 or more days.. Let me pick it up. The drivers are too lazy to lift more than a light big box.. They must be light, strictly.. I'm sure.

Place sucked! Said I could pick up my package today. Couldn't find it. Still in a trailer. I ordered a month ago. Totally broken system. The people were ok.
