You shouldn't bother paying for any shipping that has a guaranteed delivery time (such as Next Day Air) if it's shipping through this UPS center, at least for the duration of the pandemic. I had a package shipped to me via Next Day Air that was promised to be delivered by 10:30 AM, but was not actually delivered until almost 5 hours later -- and I was stuck waiting by the door for it that entire time as I needed to sign for it. I spoke to the driver and he informed me that he was simply driving the route as he was told -- which means that UPS (at least this UPS location) is NOT even attempting to honor their time commitments, despite still charging for them. Don't waste your money. At least the package showed up undamaged, so they get two stars.

Beware if you are on a UPS "training route" (among other negative factors regarding UPS) as I am in Middleton, WI. Last week my package was delivered on a road a mile away & that road was in a different city! (Madison) I tried calling UPS to report but they have no option for that or simply to talk to customer service. Finally after 15 minutes of menus I talked to someone who refused to listed to me unless I gave them my personal number. I'm not a registered & never will be a customer of UPS. I was not able to make a simple report of a blatant miss-delivered package. Obviously UPS is not concerned & doesnt care if your package arrives or is delivered a mile or farther away.

Did not have the best experience dropping off an item to be returned. The return process failed me. The UPS desk clerk was just doing his job and rightly so.

This has been the worst experience, I have heard the most bizzare and worst stories from my delivery driver, they aren't even humanitarian, as soon as he fell while delivering a package they haven't even bother to help him with work insurance procedures nor work compensation.

First of all, the back and forth with the voice system was the most obnoxious thing I’ve encountered in a LONG time. Get it together this is 2020. Second when I finally did get an agent, I straight up couldn’t understand him and the bit I did was useless. His favorite three words were “We cannot guarantee” which must be UPS’ new slogan? Not sure. All I know is usps is falling apart and if we get stuck with y’all as the new go to it’s gonna be peak 2020.

They don’t know how to work bad business and always late that’s why I like fedex better they don’t do things fast always to slow and like I mentioned always late never know when I going to revive my package
