The staff was amazing! With online registration and check in, and being able to wait in the car until the room was ready, we felt safe being there during the pandemic. Dr. Do was so incredibly patient, thorough and helpful. He listened to our concerns about a painful rash our little one had and came up with a great plan to get her feeling better. Highly recommend!

I did not know there was an urgent care for kids. This really amazed me. Staff was great with my son who went in to get COVID testing. I would definitely recommend Arlington location to anyone looking for medical help for their children.

I choose this place for testing because other places don't test toddlers and they did and they provided rapid same day results. I didn't like that my family and I had to make a virtual appointment to talk with a nurse just to ask us questions we could have filled out on a paper or website. And to make it worse I had to make an individual appointment for each family member. To me it seemed like they just wanted to charge our insurance for a doctor's appointment. All other testing places you just get tested and don't need to set up a visit. To make matters worse I had gotten my results with all my family members negative and then a couple of hours later I got an email that my daughter was positive. When I called to get clarification the person that answered was rude even though I was not being rude with her. They lost credibility with me. I went to test at CVS the next day and came out positive! Too dangerous to be making mistakes like that!

The office staff and medical team were amazing and super helpful. They were very busy, but still kept positive attitudes! I recommend scheduling an appointment if your child needs to be seen right away.
