I've talked to four agents so far over the phone. The first lied to me saying my ssn was blocked and that I'd have to go (and wait for it to open) into the actual building to fix it, the second said he unblocked electronic access to my account and that a ssn can't even be blocked, the 3rd put me on hold then hung up, and the 4th was very rude but answered my questions. Oh and for context, after hearing my plight of the other agents and me saying that I had no resolution said that I \could get resolution over the phone\ (after being told I'd have to wait for the building to reopen even though the in-person services are limited anyway apparently) said that I \wasn't being fair\ and \putting words in my mouth\. But thanks to him telling me that I DON'T have a mysocialsecurity account and that no one else was using my ssn (closure) after getting my ssn CARD stolen makes me feel better, I'd give one star if he didn't finally help me AND the in-person service was ALWAYS better.

I received a letter from SSA.....giving me a deadline of today to respond...20/19/2020. I was to call an extension for Mary Jo. I have been instructed to respond by today to a letter which provided me with the extension and name of Mary Jo. I have called that number & left many many messages and no one will answer that phone nor will they respond to the messages from me requesting they contact me. I am in hopes that someone will see this and return a call to me, or respond to my many messages left all week last week and today!!! Someone please help. Very very frustrating.

I don't understand you guys. First you give me this run around about working; That I shouldn't be working. That I will have much more money if im not working. Guess what? I havnt worked in weeks. I'm barely making it from what you guys are giving me. I know a few people here in Topeka that are on social security. The people I know are making more money than I am with social security. They also work 2-5 8 hr shifts a week. That makes no sense to me. When these people seem even less disabled than I am. These people dont get asked to turn in there paystubs to anyone. They dont have to collect their receipts and give them to you. I feel thats wrong. Just for these situations that are going on im going to give this review a 2. Im going to be nice. Instead of giving it a 1. Im going to be generous and kind and rate you guys with a 2.
