This issue was a water heater that would not come on. The water heater was under warranty. The service tech was prompt and courteous. While the issue was NOT a failed water heater but an problem with the breaker which had already been repaired once. The service person sent me images of his diagnostics that I could take back to the electrician. I would absolutely use this company again

He explained everything in a way that we could understand, and didn't leave until he was certain we had a complete understanding of everything. They came through in a pinch on a Saturday after we were left high and dry from another co. Dry bc we couldn't take showers :) they responded quickly, Erin was SO nice, Mike was communicative and prompt. In 30 min we were good to go. Masked and professional, happy as can be. We paid a little extra for Saturday service but totally worth it.

Martin did a very good job on replacing the thermostat and testing the heating elements and explained the process to me thoroughly. He wore those shoe covers to keep my carpet clean. Very nice guy!
