In the consult they thoroughly explained all the options up front and offered some great advice - weren't trying to sell me more than I needed. During the installation they patiently dealt with Delaware county's strict inspections & schedule as well as met some extra requests I made. The technician that was here found three sensors that were not functioning on my furnace they ordered the parts. Parts came in they were able to get paid by the warranty the furnace is back running. They did an excellent job
