Great, fast friendly service that fixed our problem

We had repair work done in January, 2019 with this company because the company we had before went out of business. Our warranty was still good and the gentleman that came out to do our repair told me that their company doesn't like to honor other peoples warranties but he would check. When I got the bill we were charged for parts along with labor. So I called and the gentleman did the right thing and honored our warranty for parts. So when our blower on our furnace had issues in August we thought we would call them again. We called them on Thursday and they came out on Friday to diagnose. They said they had to order the parts and they should be in on Tuesday. We were without air for 6 days. I had asked them if they would honor our warranty and they said yes. Hochstedler is located in Greentown and where they had to get the parts from was Peru, within 30 minutes. We live in Kokomo. They came out to diagnosis our problem and the repairman was at our home no more than 5 minutes and charged 78.00. When they finally got the parts in they were at our home no more than 1 hour. When I got the bill they charged us 225.00 for the repair. Upon calling them they said they charged extra because they had to go to Peru to pick up the parts. I told them I got the feeling they didn't like to honor other peoples warranties. They stated that they don't when companies close and they can't get it delivered and they have to go pick up. I do not recommend them at all.
