I am very disappointed in the customer service I received from Vacationville. I don't think we will ever book with them again. I booked a room for July 2019, 90 per night, but due to an error in their system the room should have been 190 per night. I booked my reservation on 11/2/18. They emailed me regarding the glitch almost immediately. I responded back and asked that they honor their pricing error. My husband and I had scheduled vacations with work for this. I contacted Vacationville via email, phone, and their website a total of 7 times between 11/2 and 12/11 looking for a positive resolution, until finally receiving a call on 12/12 only to be told that there was nothing they would do for me. I could pay double for my 4 days, or cancel my reservation. I felt this was horrible service on their part. This was not a case of not being able to do anything, this was them being unwilling to honor their commitment to their own errors. Blaming it all the way up to the owner of the property and company. Thank you guys so much for the month of great customer service!!
