Hands down the best place to go if you are in the market for a new vacuum or if you need a repair on your current one! After going through 2 vacuums in the past year we finally decided to buy from Vacuum Authority & I am so glad we did! Harry was the most knowledgeable in all areas. Not only did he take the time to explain everything to me in terms of my wants vs needs, he also somehow managed to entertain my 2 toddler boys. After purchasing the vacuum he then (with the help of my toddler) put it together and made sure I knew how it worked. I will never do business anywhere else & I cannot wait to send my family & friends as well!

Had a fantastic experience at the store today. Harry is very knowledgeable on the products and asked pertinent questions to determine which vacuum would be the best option for me. Then I got the chance to test it out. Such delightful customer service. It was a pleasure shopping there. OK normally I am not one for leaving reviews but when my sales experience was as good as it was today from Harry I can't help but want to leave one. The short of it is I am so glad I took their advise and bought the Simplicity vacuum. I feel like I got what I paid for with a sturdy workhorse of a vacuum. Let me say I have owed a couple Shark vacuums and a Dyson. The Sharks were what I expected for the price and the Dyson was a let down for me based on the performance on carpet for the price point that it was. Before I bought the Dyson I visited Vacuum Authority and they tried to steer me towards the Simplicity vacuums since my house is 95% carpet and I have 6 dogs(yes i know that's insane). I told myself I didn't want to spend that much so I instead went and tried to save a few bucks by buying a Dyson only to find myself back at vacuum authority that same year to get one of the Simplicity vacuums that they tried to sell me on in the first place. I should have listened when I was told that they have to do less repair work on Simplicity vacuums than any other brand by their service guy. Basically to sum it up please don't feel like they are just trying to up sell you to make money. You get what you pay for with a vacuum apparently. In the long run I cost myself more money trying to go with the lower brands. So go see Harry because he really does everything in his power to get you the best vacuum for your lifestyle which you are not gonna get from a big box retailer or online retailers.

My husband and I considered going to a chain but came across the store by chance and decided to try it out. Harry was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out a vacuum within our budget that would meet our needs. We got a better deal than even amazon could offer! He also took the time to put together our new vacuum and showed us how to use it. Would highly recommend.

I brought a Dyson in for a repair. Thought I would have to leave it, and that it would take days. Harry had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. He was extremely courteous, helpful and professional. He's a shining example of great customer service! Very reasonable price for the repair that was involved.

I bought a carpet cleaner. Great deal ... took it home and it wasn’t preforming how I thought it should. Brought it back the next day and without hesitation Harry was on it. Figured out it was defective and got another brand new one. Thanks so much!!! Great service. Very knowledgeable. I will be back.

Today was my first visit at this store, and I was beyond pleased with my experience! Harry was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to work with. I spoke with him over the phone before coming to the store, and he knew I was tight on time, so he had the items I needed right up front ready to go. Wonderful customer service!
