Brought in our vacuum to have a broken suction hose replaced. He quoted 100. We agreed and left it for repair. When we brought it home we noticed that he did not replace the hose as we asked. It was patched back together. We returned expecting an apology and a new hose. Instead he was quite rude and said he replaced a bearing and cleaned it for the 100. We never asked for or agreed to this service. We needed a new hose. Instead, we are out the 100 and we still have a broken hose. Obviously we will never go back or recommend this shop. He seems quite disingenuous in our opinion. I suggest you find a different shop and spare yourselves the wasted money and time.
We brought in a Dyson vacuum for repair and all he cares about is persuading us to buy a Millie....
