Joe, the owner, is so nice and personable. He even offered multiple times to stay open later for me if I needed it. He is very thorough and he knows what he is doing. He offers honest advice and wants his customers to get the best value for their money. Vacuum Works will continue to have an of my business that I can throw their way. I highly recommend this family owned business!

Joe was extremely responsive and friendly. He treats his customers with the golden rule. I felt like he was looking out for my best interest all along, and tried to be a cost-effective problem solver. This is how every business should be! He is our go to for all of our vacuum needs and we live about 25 minutes away!
I Have Owned my vacuum for 20 years. I had an issue with the transmission neutral switch. Got one quote for 250 labor. Called around for more quotes and found that Vacuum Works had the best attitude towards my dilemma so I used them just based on that fact. After taking my vacuum to them for service I was most confident that choosing them was the best choice. One week later my vacuum was fixed and serviced. Completely satisfied with the overall experience. Highly recommended

What a great guy! Very up front and honest in everything he does. I had a lot of questions and he answered them honestly and really helped me with what I needed. When I got my vacuum back I thought it was a new machine! The quality of his work is amazing. I would (and have) recommend him to everyone! Go see Joe!
Fantastic job first off. He They got a product in that others couldn’t. Not only was the product quality but their service & keeping a customer informed when it was received. I personally would recommend them to any vaccine owners.
Wonderful!!! Took my Dyson in to be thoroughly cleaned, as it was smelling funky. Was greeted warmly. Picked up the vac the next day and it looked brand NEW! Most importantly, the smell was gone! Will use for all future vac needs!
