My experience of buying my used Subaru Outback at Valenti Subaru was excellent and I only have good things to say about Carlos and the staff there. The process was extremely easy and I was able to get the car I wanted at a fair price. There was no bologna or hidden agendas when it came to the financial parts of the transaction. I asked my sales rep for an itemized out the door breakdown cost and it came a few minutes later which is something that not every dealership will do. We've also had great experiences with the service department for with my wife's Subaru Forester. Thanks Valenti Subaru!

PERFECTLY SURPRISED! It's hard to even imagine writing a review about a car dealership because buying a car can be so stressful and is usually the case with sales people pressuring you to buy a car, but NOT from Adam at Valenti Subaru! He was so knowledgeable and did not pressure me at all! I had the best experience and to top it off, I LOVE my new Outback! I have been a Lexus owner for years and I will say it again, I LOVE my Subaru Outback. Thank you Adam and Valenti for making buying a new car a pleasure!

My family have been longtime customers of Valenti, so when it came time to buy my childhood dream car, I knew it had to be from them. This was by far and away the absolute best buying experience I could have asked for. George was very patient with me, especially since my car took a little longer to come in from SOA than expected. After four months of waiting, I got the news I was so anxiously waiting for, and he simply asked \so when are we doing this?\ I gave a date when I was available, set up the appointment, and picked up the car like clockwork. I came to find out that the date we agreed upon was actually his day off, but he came in anyway, not even hesitating! I would have never known about this but it came up naturally in conversation. This stood out amongst everything else they've done, including registering my car and delivering my registration to me up in Mass just two days later, all for an extremely reasonable dealer fee. Everything you'd expect from an extremely professional group and a true gem of a business in southern New England. They have my highest recommendation and I am psyched for my 2019 STi!
