I have to agree with the prior comment undeniable rude and unprofessional! Do not transport your loved ones it is not safe at all.

I wanted to give them a negative 5 rating! They are unprofessional and rude. Dispatch hung up in my face. And wouldn’t answer my call until I blocked my number. They’re never on time! They need to just shut down. They don’t need to transport any patients. I feel bad for the ones who are able to speak up.

Unreliable. Never within the 30min window of time that they set up. You will be late to EVERY appointment. Sometimes they don't even send the ride schedule to the pick-up driver until well after the pickup window has passed. Then the driver has to deal with the stressed and angry patient, who is worried about missing their appointment, even though the driver may have had no control over the situation. Once the pickup time has come and gone, if you call the company wondering where your ride is, they will almost ALWAYS tell you that the driver is 15 min away, though that is almost NEVER true. I have had them tell me the driver was 15min away every 15min for a full 90 min after the pickup window had passed (while I waited outside in the rain for 90 min perpetually believing my ride would be there in 15min). I have even has the driver arrive to pick me up AT the time of my dr appointment instead of at the pickup time, so that it was impossible to make it to the appointment. They need to fix their system: Hire more drivers to accommodate the number of rides they are scheduling, as it is usually more than a driver can reasonable execute in a timely manner. Allow extra time for all the inevitable delays. Stop lying to the patient and stop being rude on the phone when they call to ask about their ride. Stop sending rides to the drivers when it is already too late to make their pickup time.

There should be a Zero stars option - I just called this company for a quote. They asked for the address to and from and noticed that it was 1.1 miles away. They said it would cost between 40-50 dollars round trip. With Uber it would be 10-12 bucks round trip... I asked what does my Mother get for 40-50 bucks? He actually asked \what do you mean?\ I said well with other companies it would be at most 15 dollars. He said we are CPR trained and are trained medically. I asked if the service included to help lift my Mother out of her chair, to assist her to the car, from the car to the dialysis chair. He said \well doesn't your Mother walk?\ I said, thanks so much for your time and help - we'll be \calling you back.\ Wink, wink.. It's sad that they are taking advantage of Seniors. This is a crime, stay away from this \company.

Very pleased with the service. They picked up my mom on time and were very gentle with her. I had to change pick up time a few times and they were very accommodating and courteous.
