This is my TicTok made me do it. Big Frank's truck sits outside the Valor Brewpub. This bacon is AMAZING, it is cut thick & melts in your mouth. You must try the mac & cheese along with the ribs. I almost forgot the brisket, let's say oh my. All the meats are smoked to perfection. My family ate for 2 days & it's 3 of us. This will be my monthly treat, 2 slices of bacon with mac&cheese.

Ate here for the first time and will definitely be back soon. The brisket is one of the best things I’ve had in a long time. The beer selection is good, especially if you like dark beer or want a change from the usual IPA-heavy menus that are common in the DC area. Staff are cool and the place has a really chill vibe. Highly recommend.

Valor is doing a fantastic collaboration with Big Frank's Barbecue... Along with a very good menu at Valor the barbecue is awesome. As are the beer selections brewed on premise at Valor!!!
