Great Lakes Lab and their staff did an excellent job with administering the covid test for myself and daughter. Kim was great. They were extremely professional and very friendly. The results were quick and I felt very confident in them. I will go back if needed and will recommend to my friends.

I highly recommend Great Lakes Labs in Valpo. I've been there 3 different times for covid tests. The first time was the nasal and the other 2 were the saliva tests. They do their tests through drive up. It makes it so much easier. Kim has done all 3 of my tests. She is very friendly, caring and made me feel at ease each time. Scheduling the appointment was easy through the website. I received confirmation emails as to when my appointment was and the instructions for the appointment. I got my results back the next day or the day after. I will be recommending this place if anyone has to get covid tests done.

This place has received a lot of negative reviews lately but my experience could not have been more different. The staff was friendly and very efficient. When I arrived the line was pretty long but they were patient and worked quickly. I also received my results within 24 hours. I’m very impressed by this facility and their ability to be professional and courteous in the midst of this pandemic.
