Spoke to representative inquiring in vented and ventless fireplace options to replace an existing gas fire log set. Was asked to submit email with details and photos. It's been 2 weeks, no response. I got more help at the big box stores, dont waste your time. They want 80 just for an estimate. Seems if they want your business they would take advantage of a free opportunity for a sales pitch. Would not recommend.

Had them out to clean two gas fireplaces. They were punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. They cleaned the fireplaces, indicated maintenance issues and fixes. This is our first experience with maintaining a gas fireplace. We will definitely have them come out the next time we need servicing...highly recommended.

We had our fireplace converted to gas. From the time the crew arrived here to the time they left they were very professional and extremely polite, not only with me but with each other. The job was to take a couple days, but they were determined to complete it in one day and they did. They were here for 10 1/2 hours. They explained everything to me where I understood what was going to be done. If I had questions they answered them to my understanding. I would highly recommend Northwest Fireplace. Quality of service is definitely a 10 plus.

This company is very professional, very reasonable, and such nice people to work with. I had my chimney tuck pointed and had a new crown put in. The work was excellent!
