Have a better attitude because you never know who might be calling, this was a 5,000 job for you are you’re firm, be a little nicer...

Poor customer service-Had a simple request to adjust my surrond sound they installed.I live 40 minutes from their business-and they tell me I live to far-can’t come until someone else needs service in your area-was not to far when I bought the equipment.Knowing what I know now about service-I would never have bought there.
