This individual was buying my property in Richland Chambers. He was a person that tried to con you. His communication skills was bad, and he was hard to get a hold of. He would make promises and never follow through. If you are making a deal with him beware he will promise you the world and never follow through. We were supposed to close on a piece of property and he never showed up nor did he pay his earnest money.. Nor did he call and cancel with anybody. This individual is worthless. BEWARE!!!!
If I was able to give negative stars I would. This place takes your money and then does not give your home. Lies about ordering it for 5 months, Then gets mad when you ask about it. DON"T Do Business with him
