Tbe reason for the one star is that the Customer services are rude. I put the order in in January 8, it takes two weeks for them to come. When I had to make a reschedule took another two weeks. Then when they need the parts it takes two weeks and another two weeks to schedule for them to come. In a nut shell, it's going to take you 3 months. B3 careful with the customers services, RUDE unprofessional. Nasty negative tone. I couldn't get a new repair agency because American Homeshield assigned them to me. Once they assign you to Active Appliances or any co tractor, you can't get out if it.

This is the most AWFUL, UNRESPONSIVE, RUDEST company I've ever dealt with. Not sure how they remain in business. Representative hung up on me as she did not want to hear the questions I asked. Not sure how they operate when there's never a supervisor available and they never call back even after leaving a message supposedly with the upper management. There's nothing good about this company. They should close their business and do something else.

I had my drier fixed under warranty Active were the one who did a good job. There is no thumbs up on Google so I decided to do it my own way. This is for the nice guy that came in and did not say one word, just did perfect job.

I don't normally leave any reviews online, and don't remember when I did my last one, too busy. But decided to leave the 5 stars , because the tech was so nice and showed up wearing a mask and kept the social distance. He asked everyone to leave the kitchen. The stove works like new. We really appreciate.

Currently in the process of undergoing a month long fiasco with this company. Please trust the 1 star reviews and do not use this company. The people that take and schedule calls are rude and do not care for you or your appliances. Find a better repair company, this one is not worth your money, time, or sanity.
