I got screwed on a Craigslist fridge and found Kimo's on Google. I stopped in after work to have a look at the refrigerator inventory and picked out a samsung side by side. They told me they couldn't deliver for a few days, which I understood, the world doesn't revolve around me. They also agreed to haul away my shame-filled Craigslist purchase. That evening, I got a call from Kimo's letting me know they could deliver the next day. I felt like my luck was turning around. So the delivery guys were late. I was given a window of 4-6, and they came at 8. It was obvious they had been on a rough delivery schedule that day, and I was appreciative to get it sooner than expected, so it didn't really bother me, but worth noting. They did call me at 6 to let me know they were running behind, so it's not like I was in suspense. Delivery completed without issue, old fridge hauled away. Now here's the thing with used appliances, folks. They could work for a day, they could give you 10 years. Nobody has any way to tell. But the important thing is getting a warranty, and someone who will do everything they can to honor it. Kimo's does both. The unit I selected ended up being totally bunk. I never once had to fight to get them to honor their warranty, and they did not hesitate to send a tech (a couple of times) to give the unit a look. THIS IS WHY THE UNITS ARE A LITTLE PRICIER THAN YOU'D EXPECT! After 3 strikes, Kimo's agreed I got a lemon, and told me to pick out another unit, and they delivered and hauled away for free. I was so happy to see a business act honorably and without question would recommend them if you're in the market for a used appliance. While the hassle was a little stressful, I took comfort that they would take care of me like they should. Well done, Kimo's, well done. Thank you.

Great customer service, good prices, but I've had troubles with the products. First fridge died after two weeks, and the replacement we got was having issues keeping cold about 5 months out. Thankfully, they were flexible and fast getting a tech out to fix the unit. They do a great job working with you, just make sure to have a thermometer on hand to head off any problems before they arise!

I can’t even begin to describe how great my experience was. Due to some family care issues, I needed a fridge delivered and one removed in a very tight window. James was understanding and willing to go the extra mile to meet my needs. He even delivered the fridge himself! I will be forever grateful. Thanks James for outstanding customer service!!!

Our refrigerator stopped cooling. We tried a local repair shop, but parts would have taken weeks. We tried Best-Buy, Lowes, Home Depot and others, but delivery would have taken weeks due to Covid-19 disruptions to supply channels. Kimo's had a fridge in stock at a good price and delivered it within a couple days! Great service! Would recommend them highly! We're very happy with the experience!

This is the worst place of business to work with. They are dishonest salesmen and lack customer service skills especially during COVID-19. We wanted our dryer sold for 675.00 originally as it was almost brand new condition. While we understand that it’s possible to sell for this price, we were willing to sell for less than half at 200. They offered us a quote of 50 and free pickup to haul away our washer & dryer. 50 is such a lowball offer considering the condition of the dryer and the fact it was a new purchase. Additionally, when we tried to get back to them stating that we accept their offer, they went back on their word and revoked the 50 asking if they could have the dryer for free. This is extremely unprofessional. Honor your quote that you give to customers!
